Advice For Physics Majors (a serious article, for once)

Am I done yet?

Yes, I am. I sure hope someone reads this thing, and if someone gets some use out of it, all the better. Please keep in mind, again, that this essay is just a collection of my opinions — I’m just a guy who went through it, not a grad school admissions board member or a counselor. If I did anything right in the process, I owe it to the help I got from my professors at Ohio State and UC San Diego, and the mistakes I made were all mine. Please consider what I say here, but go to your trusted professors and advisers at your college for better and more detailed advice.
